Developing marketing strategy for JGB Smart Property Company

I have done this project during my internship. Within the project, I adopted several marketing methods and proposed my suggestion to my supervisor, aiming to promote the number of customers and market share of the product. Here, I will introduce the logic of my analysis and how I position a particular product in the market.
The company provides All-In-One Cloud & Smart Lock Solution Create a Well-leveraged Proptech Business. With real-time performance data, mobility, and a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform, JGB Smart Property offers tools and services for property managers of all sizes that are intended to streamline their property management companies.
• Promote cohort retention: the cost of maintaining old customers is only 1/5 of the cost of acquiring new customers.
• Focus on customer lifetime value, as long as customer retention rate with an increase of 5% can enhance the enterprise by 25%~95% profit.
